How much does it cost to rent a room?
The only type of event that has a room rental fee in is a Bridal or Baby Shower. All other events are subject to a Security Deposit. Security Deposits are refunded after the event takes place so long as there is no damage or an unpaid balance due. The shower rental fee is not refundable.
Should I make an appointment?
While it is always a good idea to make an appointment, it is not required. Please be advised that those with appointments will be given priority over walk ins.
What do I need to do in order to secure a date at Karas House?
Once you have decided on a menu and date with your event expert, you may place a date on hold for up to one week. In order to secure this date and ensure you have the space reserved, a contract must be signed and the initial payment must be paid in full.
How will the closure of I-96 affect my guests travel plans?

Are there requirements for a minimum number of guests?
A minimum guarantee for food and beverage is required at Karas House for private receptions. The number of guests, time of event and day will determine minimum fees.
Who will be here to help me on the day of my party?
Karas House assigns an experienced banquet captain to manage your wedding reception. Our captains work with you or your designated contact to ensure every detail of your day is handled with the utmost care.
Are there any restrictions on picture-taking at Karas House?
We welcome you to take as many photos of your wedding or reception as you'd like.
